The Solar sludge drying system it is essentially a greenhouse sludge drying system which uses solar energy to reduce quickly and effectively the volume and weight of sludge, optimized by a sludge ventilation and mixing system. The process is also fully automatic and can be monitored and controlled from a remote location.

After the sludge has been fed into the greenhouse via a special feed belt, it is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the greenhouse, with an automatic sludge height control. Once the sludge has been distributed over the entire surface, it is mixed and the air recirculation fans are activated. Once the drying sequence is completed, a predetermined amount of sludge is conveyed to the discharge belt.
